Your online education consultation (“consultation”) with Eccles Worldwide (hereinafter referred to as the “Firm”), is subject to the following terms and conditions.
Prior to the consultation, please send us a message using the contact form at the button of the webpage. The message should outline the topics or issues you want to consult us about. Please note that the quality of the consultation depends in large measure, on the veracity of the information you provide both before and at the consultation. The more precise and reliable the information you provide the more specific and useful the consultation will be.
We may also decline to provide you with a consultation if the subject matter of your legal consultation involves an area that is not practiced by the Firm, the action you wish to pursue is illegal, or the Firm is otherwise ethically barred from taking the case. Please note that our Firm specifically reserves the right not to accept the case for any reason or no reason at all. We further reserve the right to interrupt the consultation at any time if the consultant giving the consultation finds it appropriate to do so, without providing you the reason for such interruption. You may choose to have your consultation on the phone, or social media like WeChat, Skype, Zoom, WhatsApp, or any other of your choice. We accept the payment of the fee by all major credit cards.

That your request for an online consultation creates only a limited consultatnt-client relationship, which terminates after this consultation is completed. The consultation, is not intended to, and does not under any circumstances, create an on-going consultant-client relationship. The said limited relationship is only for the limited purpose of providing advice during the consultation and only with respect to the questions posed.

That to formally engage the Firm you would need to request a written Agreement from the Firm, execute the Agreement by manually signing and initialing it in all appropriate places and returning it to the Firm. Only when the Agreement is fully executed and the service fee is paid by you to the Firm, when applicable, will you become a client of the Firm and a formal lasting consultant-client relationship will be created. Such relationship shall then continue until terminated by either you or the Firm in accordance with the terms of the Agreement.
